Now that the recent introduction is behind us, we’re already looking for a new introduction committee! To gauge interest, we’ve created this form. Please note: this form is only to express your interest in being part of next year’s introduction committee. Together with the intro chairperson, we’ll aim to assemble a diverse committee. We’re looking for students from different year groups, including first-years and master’s students! Filling out this form does not guarantee you’ll be on the committee next year.

Here’s a brief overview of what we expect from this committee. Once the committee is formed, preparations for the introduction will begin immediately. This includes regular meetings and work sessions. Additionally, during the first part of the summer vacation, you’ll be expected to spend two working days at the university to complete your tasks—unless you’re on holiday, of course. In the last week before September, the final week leading up to the introduction, you’ll need to be on campus full-time to finalize everything. Yes, a lot is expected of you during the vacation, but it’s also an incredibly fun and educational experience. Don’t worry—you won’t be working non-stop. There’s plenty of time for bonding and goofing around during and outside of work sessions.
