The Department Day is a yearly event at the Department of Physics and Astronomy where students and staff members can acquaint themselves with the research performed at the department. After the lunch break there will be a series of lectures (with coffee and tea) in Minnaert 208 and Minnaert 211 by speakers from the various research groups (for the programme and abstracts, visit the website). Afterwards there will be a postersession with drinks in the Minnaert hall and we will conclude the day with a barbecue in the upper canteen.
