The Department of Mathematics will organise the 2nd edition of the MU-Games (Mathematics Utrecht-Games) on Thursday 23 of October, 15.00-18.00. Due to the corona measures, this edition will take place online. The MU-Games is a friendly programming competition that is focused on mathematical problem solving. All problems will at first require some mathematical reasoning and then a computer to solve the numerical problem that is left. In comparison to the first edition, we added some extra easier problems. Anyone studying at the UU is welcome! You can sign up for the competition as a team of 3 or 4 students or as an individual, in which case we will match you with some fellow students to form a team. During the competition you will be asked to programme in either C#, Java or Python.
