Werken binnen data & analyse bij de Belastingdienst betekent werken aan complexe analyses en enorme datasets. Je vindt bij ons de grootste en meest dynamische data-omgeving van de Nederlandse overheid.

Data met impact

Omdat bij de Belastingdienst iedere Nederlander onze klant is, beschikken we over talloze gegevens uit verschillende bronnen. Denk aan zaken als inkomsten-,  omzet- en motorrijtuigenbelasting en bankgegevens. De ‘opdrachten’ en de daaruit soms voortvloeiende ‘producten’ lopen dan ook uiteen: van maatwerkanalyses en managementinformatie tot risicomodellen of visuele dashboards. Als dataspecialist bij de Belastingdienst maak je een directe impact op de burger en lever je  een gerichte bijdrage aan de maatschappij.

Vakgebied én afdeling in ontwikkelingt

Onze data & analyse-collega’s werken verspreid door de gehele organisatie,  maar de meesten zitten bij het organisatieonderdeel Datafundamenten & Analytics (DF&A). Een groeiende hoeveelheid data betekent ook een groeiende vraag naar dataspecialisten. Daarom willen we de komende tijd groeien naar zo’n 350 dataspecialisten, van data engineers en business analisten tot data scientists of rapportage-analisten.
